ABOUT THE CLASS: These in-person, classes are casual and uplifting. Instructor Mindy Hill leads these twice-weekly gentle yoga classes, one focused more on relieving grief (Tuesdays), and one focused more on healing in the body and mind (Thursday). Considered to be level "easy," these classes let you experience yoga, deep breathing, meditation and mindfulness techniques to calm the mind and restore our spirits. Positions can be done on chair (provided) or bring your own mat. Please dress in layers for your comfort. Open to all but intended for those 60 yrs. and older.
