YOGA. Stay Connected with Free Zoom Classes Free classes designed to inspire and connect. Have fun while learning. Open to all but intended for those 60 yrs. and older with pre-registration. Open to all levels, these online, small-group Zoom sessions are casual and uplifting. Sign up and connect to meet others! Must have access to a computer or smartphone to connect. In this class we will modify yoga poses so they can be done while seated in a chair. These modifications make yoga accessible to people who cannot stand, lack the mobility to move easily from standing to seated to supine positions, or just want a quick break from office work YOGA YOU CAN DO using a mat. Fridays at 10:00 AM via Zoom. This class is teaches gentle stretching and strengthening as well as focusing on balance, the breath and meditation.
